Preparing for your appointment
I want you to have the best experience possible! Please come ready to relax, have fun, and learn. To ensure the most accurate results, please review the guidelines below before your appointment.
SKIN:
Please avoid spray tans, self-tanners, or facial treatments that may leave your skin red or sensitive before your appointment. Higher-strength treatments (chemical peels, microneedling, etc.) should be scheduled after your Color Analysis. All makeup, including tinted moisturizer, will be removed prior to your analysis. You’re welcome to arrive makeup-free.
EYES:
If you wear glasses, they will need to be removed during the analysis. If you have contact lenses, please wear those instead. Avoid colored contacts that change your natural eye color.
HAIR:
If your hair is dyed, toned, or highlighted, it will be covered with a neutral cap during the analysis.
PERFUME:
Please avoid wearing heavy perfume, as scents can linger on the drapes and may affect other clients.
CLOTHING:
Wear a low-profile neckline such as a crew neck, V-neck, or button-down. Please avoid high collars or bulky tops like hoodies. You’ll wear a cape during the session, so dressing in layers is recommended. The studio is warm.
PHOTOS:
Please do not take photos during the analysis. The drapes are proprietary to True Colour International. At the end of your session, I will take a photo of you in your favorite tonal drape with your TCI swatch book.
PAYMENT:
Payment can be made at booking or the time of your appointment.

WHAT TO BRING:
Feel free to bring favorite clothing, accessories, glasses, or makeup items to swatch during your session.
Once your color palette is determined, we’ll review it together and discuss clothing, accessory, and makeup recommendations.
